Chief Executive Officer
Melanie Barber is a mission-driven leader committed to empowering the next generation through education, innovation, and access. With a strong background in youth development and program design, Melanie is passionate about equipping young people—especially those from underserved communities—with the tools they need to become confident, capable business leaders.
Her work centers on bridging the gap between potential and opportunity, with a growing focus on emerging technologies. Melanie is particularly passionate about exposing high school students to the transformative power of AI solutions, helping them develop the skills, mindset, and leadership needed to thrive in a rapidly evolving world.
Quincy Luzunaris
Financial Literacy & VR Innovation Lead
Quincy Luzunaris is an advocate for youth empowerment, with a deep passion for promoting financial literacy among the next generation. Recognizing the critical importance of early financial education, Quincy has designed and implemented innovative credit education programs specifically tailored for high school students.
His credit curriculum has been adopted by several schools, equipping young people with the knowledge and tools they need to make informed financial decisions and build strong credit foundations from an early age. Beyond the classroom, Quincy is also exploring the intersection of education and technology, committed to finding virtual reality (VR) solutions that can engage and inspire youth in new and meaningful ways.
